Operating principle
Water AERATION method: unpurified water flows through the aeration tank, where it is mixed with air, and oxidizes the iron and manganese into solid particles. The solid particles are accumulated in the filter tank and then washed in the sewers.
Filtration materials: layer of PIROLOX or BIRM and layer of various fraction quartz sand grains (0.2 mm - 5mm).
Station is equipped with automatic operation control unit with LCD display where you can program filter rinsing parameters - days, times, protection from unauthorised access. The system is compatible with the SCADA. May be complemented with GSM communication system, filter rinsing according to water consumption, loosening of the filtering materials by blower or compressor.
The system is equipped with two electric three way valves what makes the system simple and inexpensive in expluatation. The pipeline system is made of PVC pipes and fittings. Filters can be rinsed both in manual and automatic mode.
